Liquid Eye Liners deliver definition and line work in a durable matte, smudge-proof, and water-resistant formula for use on the eyes and face. These shades come with a fine-tipped synthetic bristle applicator and allow for detailed application of color.
The professional formulation makes these liners ideal for use by fashion, editorial, bridal, and theatrical makeup artists.

How to use: Apply liner to the eyes or face.
With a light hand, and a quick flick of the wrist, create defined wings that elevate any makeup design. Allow colors to dry before layering other eye liners or colors over them. For drag and cosplay makeup, apply White eye liner on the inner corner, and underneath the bottom eye line to make the eyes appear larger.
