Product Review (submitted on 1 September 2016):

. The paradise paints smell of coconut, just like paradise (pun intended), and come in such a wide range of colours that if you're a face painter, body painter, makeup artist or generally just wanting to try out some painty fun these are for you. All you need is a little bit of water to activate them and you're away. I personally use a small spray bottle with cold water to activate my colours, I spray directly on to the pan and load my chosen brush up with the activated paint. Everyone is different and I know of others that prefer to have a small bowl of water instead to dip their brush in, more like painting with watercolours, either way is perfectly fine. Once the brush is loaded with wet product it's down to the artist to get a feel for how much water is needed for the desired effect. For example, when I am creating a body art piece, I like to block out certain areas within the design which requires a lot of product, so it's at this time when i will use most water, spraying in more than I would for the time when I am doing fine detail. This is a very pigmented product anyway, so a little really goes a long way, and thankfully it doesn't budge once it has fully dried, perfect for photoshoots and such!
